President Bola Tinubu is back in Nigeria after visiting France and the United Kingdom. He returned to Abuja on Monday night, April 21, 2025.

The President left Nigeria on April 2 for a working visit to Paris. According to the Presidency, the trip was meant to review how well his administration is doing halfway through its term and to check on important goals.

When President Tinubu arrived in Abuja, top government officials were there to welcome him. These included Senator George Akume, who is the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, the Minister of the FCT, Nyesom Wike, and the President’s Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila.

The visit to Europe was part of the President’s efforts to keep track of his government’s progress and make sure things are on the right path.
