A tragic road accident in Zamfara State has left one person dead and three others injured. The crash happened around 10:19 a.m. on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at the entrance of Tsafe near Dutse.

The accident involved a gas-filled tanker and a sand-loaded tipper. Emergency responders, including the Zamfara State Fire Service, arrived quickly to prevent an explosion or fire. Firefighters worked hard to cool the tanker and reduce the risk of ignition.

The injured victims were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the accident.
