Model fined and sentenced after admitting making false rape claim against AC Milan footballer Theo Hernandez

A model has faced legal consequences after admitting to falsely accusing AC Milan footballer Theo Hernandez of rape. Luisa Kremleva, originally from Russia, received a six-month suspended prison sentence and was fined £1,500 after reaching a plea agreement with prosecutors.

Kremleva claimed that Hernandez, a French international footballer, assaulted her in the back of a Porsche outside a nightclub in Marbella, Spain. However, investigators swiftly dismissed her accusations after reviewing evidence, including CCTV footage, that proved her story was fabricated.

The video showed Kremleva accidentally falling outside the car, contradicting her claim that she was pushed out after being assaulted. Additionally, police discovered a text message she sent to Hernandez two hours after the alleged incident, asking when he planned to go home with her.

Kremleva avoided a full trial by admitting to perjury. As part of her sentence, she has been warned that any further criminal activity within the next two years will lead to imprisonment.

This case serves as a reminder of the harm caused by false accusations, both to individuals and to the justice system. It also underscores the importance of thoroughly investigating claims to uncover the truth.
