Vice President Kashim Shettima has expressed confidence that Nigeria’s economy will become much stronger in 2025. He reassured Nigerians that better days are ahead, with economic improvements already underway.
Speaking in a video shared by Dada Olusegun, President Bola Tinubu’s Special Assistant on Social Media, Shettima said the government is working closely with the National Assembly to solve the country’s challenges.
Shettima stated, “We believe we have turned a corner. Insha Allah, 2025 will bring robust economic activities. The economy has already started improving, and in the coming weeks and months, Nigerians will begin to smile again.”
He admitted that global issues, such as the crisis in Ukraine, have impacted Nigeria’s economy, as the country is part of the global economic system. However, he emphasized that Nigeria is moving toward sustained growth and stability.
“We have crossed the Rubicon and are on a clear path to growth,” Shettima added. “The government is fully committed to ensuring a better future for all Nigerians.”
With these assurances, Nigerians can look forward to positive changes in 2025 as the government continues its efforts to rebuild the economy and create opportunities for the people.
A brighter economic future awaits Nigerians, with the government focusing on collaboration and solutions to restore growth and prosperity.
