SZA, the American R&B singer, has made a bold declaration, stating she’s sworn off romantic relationships for good.

In a candid post on her X handle on Thursday, Solána Imani Rowe, known professionally as SZA, expressed her disillusionment with love, labeling it a “disease”.

She emphatically vowed to never again pursue romantic interests, saying, “I never wanna be romantically interested in a human being ever again in my entire life. That sh*t is a disease.”

This statement comes amid rumors of past relationships with rapper Travis Scott and fellow artist Kehlani.

Following speculation about their relationship, Kehlani eventually came out as a lesbian, but SZA has remained private about her own sexuality.

In a rare moment of candor, SZA revealed in a 2020 tweet that she had a brief romantic connection with rapper Drake in 2009, marking one of the few instances where she has publicly addressed her personal life.
