A northern social media influencer known as Sani Waspapping, also called Sarki, has reportedly gone missing after being picked up in Kaduna. Reports claim he was arrested on Friday evening near NEPA Roundabout alongside a friend who was later released.

Sources allege that the arrest may be connected to a post he shared on X about the United States and Israel. Since the incident, his whereabouts have remained unclear, raising concerns among supporters and observers.

Activists and concerned individuals have called on the Department of State Services to clarify the situation. They insist that if any allegations exist against him, he should be formally charged and taken to court according to the law.

A group of lawyers is reportedly preparing to engage security authorities to determine the legal basis of the detention. They also urged government institutions to respect constitutional rights and ensure transparency in the handling of the matter.
