Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed has reaffirmed his loyalty to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) after completing his registration on the party’s electronic membership platform. The governor carried out the exercise as part of the PDP’s effort to digitize its membership records across the country.
Mohammed, who also serves as the chairman of the PDP Governors’ Forum, said his participation shows his strong commitment to the party. He stressed that he has no plans to leave the PDP despite ongoing political realignments in the country.
After completing the process, the governor urged party members and supporters to also register through their various wards. He explained that the digital registration system will help the party maintain accurate membership records nationwide.
According to him, the initiative will also improve the internal structure of the party and strengthen its organization ahead of future political activities. Mohammed said technology will help the PDP operate more efficiently and stay connected with its members.
The governor further described the PDP as the most credible opposition party in Nigeria. He expressed confidence that the party can regain power in the 2027 general elections and deliver better governance for Nigerians.
Meanwhile, the Bauchi State PDP Chairman, Samaila Burga, also completed his electronic registration. He assured members that the party remains united and ready to challenge the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in upcoming elections.
