2027: We will not play games with APC – Dele Momodu

A chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Dele Momodu, has said the opposition will not engage in dirty politics with the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead of the 2027 elections. He made this known during an interview on Channels Television’s Sunrise Daily.

Momodu, who is also the publisher of Ovation Magazine, stated that many of his friends in the APC privately express frustration about the state of the country. He insisted that the ADC is not Nigeria’s problem, but rather blamed the APC for the nation’s challenges.

He also criticized the ruling party over delays in posting ambassadors after their appointments, describing it as a sign of poor governance. According to him, the ADC plans to remain focused and professional in its political approach.

Momodu added that he has always operated from the opposition and has no personal ambition driving his involvement, stressing that experienced politicians in the ADC will stay firm and avoid unnecessary political conflict.
