Conflict with Iran may last four weeks – Trump

U.S. President Donald Trump has said the military campaign against Iran may last up to four weeks. In an interview with the Daily Mail, he explained that Iran’s size and military capacity mean the operation could take “four weeks or less.” His comments come as tensions continue to rise in the region.

The conflict has already led to casualties, with three American soldiers confirmed dead and five others seriously injured. Iran has reportedly responded by targeting U.S. bases in the Gulf, raising fears of a wider confrontation. Trump described the fallen troops as brave and warned that more losses could occur.

Israel’s military chief, Eyal Zamir, said early operations have produced significant results but cautioned that fighting may continue for several more days. The joint campaign follows escalating hostilities and strikes on key Iranian facilities.

Observers around the world are watching closely, urging restraint to prevent the crisis from spreading further. With the situation still changing rapidly, the length and outcome of the conflict remain uncertain.
