Denise Richards has been ordered to pay her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, $5,000 per month in temporary spousal support. A judge issued the ruling as their divorce case continues in court.
According to reports, the monthly payments will begin on March 5 and must be made on the fifth of each month until further notice. The court also directed Richards to pay $25,000 toward Phypers’ legal fees and an additional $5,000 for a forensic accountant.
The $30,000 legal cost will be paid in three instalments of $10,000 between March and May. The decision followed Phypers’ request for support filed in October 2025, after both parties testified under oath.
The divorce has been marked by disagreements over money, business matters and legal expenses. The case remains ongoing as both sides continue to contest financial responsibilities.
