Britain’s Former Prince Andrew Arrested

Thames Valley Police have arrested a man in his 60s from Norfolk on suspicion of misconduct in public office, following a review of allegations linked to recently released documents related to the late Jeffrey Epstein, law enforcement confirmed Feb. 19.

While the force did not publicly name the individual in accordance with standard British protocol, the arrest concerns Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, brother of His Majesty King Charles III, and the former Duke of York, multiple sources including The Associated Press have reported.

Unmarked police vehicles were seen at Wood Farm on the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk, with plain-clothes officers observed outside the former duke’s residence — activity that coincided with his 66th birthday.

Thames Valley Police previously stated they are examining allegations that an adult woman was trafficked to the United Kingdom by Epstein for a sexual encounter with Mountbatten-Windsor, along with claims he shared sensitive information with Epstein during his tenure as the UK’s trade envoy.

Search operations are underway at multiple addresses in Berkshire and Norfolk as part of the ongoing inquiry.

Mountbatten-Windsor is currently in police custody.

He has been residing at Sandringham following his recent relocation from Royal Lodge in Windsor.
This is a developing story.

Further updates will be provided as additional details become available.
