The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has commended President Bola Tinubu for what he described as bold leadership and economic direction. He said the president’s policies are gradually placing Nigeria on a stable path toward long-term national development. Wike noted that recent reforms show a clear plan to rebuild the economy and restore confidence in governance.
According to him, tough decisions taken by the administration may be difficult now but are necessary for future progress. He stressed that sustainable growth often requires sacrifice and consistency, adding that the government appears focused on long-term benefits rather than short-term praise. He urged Nigerians to be patient as reforms unfold.
Wike also highlighted ongoing infrastructure and policy changes across sectors, saying they demonstrate seriousness about national transformation. He argued that coordinated efforts between federal and state authorities are improving public services and strengthening institutions. In his view, such steps are vital for attracting investment and boosting productivity.
He concluded by expressing confidence that continued discipline and policy stability would deliver positive results. He encouraged citizens and political leaders to support reforms that promote development, insisting that unity and cooperation are essential for Nigeria’s progress and economic stability.
