Senator Nwaebonyi has praised the Nigerian Senate for its work on matters relating to the Electoral Act. According to him, the upper legislative chamber deserves recognition for its efforts to improve the country’s electoral framework and strengthen democratic processes.
The lawmaker noted that the Senate has shown commitment in reviewing and making necessary adjustments to electoral laws in order to address challenges observed in previous elections. He said the reforms are aimed at promoting transparency, fairness, and credibility in Nigeria’s voting system.
