The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has announced the dates for the Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) 34 enlistment interviews for candidates who were shortlisted in the 2025 recruitment exercise. The announcement was made on Sunday through the Air Force’s official communication channels, marking the next phase of the selection process for prospective officers.
According to NAF, the names of successful applicants have been uploaded on the recruitment portal, and shortlisted candidates are expected to participate in the selection and enlistment interviews. The exercise will take place at the Nigerian Air Force Base in Kaduna and will run from January 12 to February 8, 2026, with candidates attending in batches based on a schedule provided on the portal.
The Air Force advised candidates to carefully check their assigned dates and comply strictly with all instructions. It warned that anyone who fails to report on their scheduled day or does not meet the stated requirements risks being disqualified from the process. Applicants were also urged to study the guidelines, eligibility conditions, and terms of service available on the portal before attending.
NAF described the enlistment exercise as an important step toward strengthening the officer corps and maintaining professionalism within the service. It encouraged all shortlisted candidates to prepare adequately, present themselves responsibly, and take the process seriously as they pursue a career in the Nigerian Air Force.
