The Fulani community in Plateau State has raised concerns over repeated attacks on their people and livestock. They stated firmly that they will no longer tolerate the killing of community members or the rustling of their cows by armed groups.
Community leaders appealed to security agencies to take stronger actions against the perpetrators, urging for effective measures to ensure the safety of both lives and property. They emphasized that the attacks have disrupted their livelihoods and created fear among residents.
Residents expressed frustration over the lack of sufficient protection in rural areas, pointing out that the ongoing insecurity is affecting agriculture and cattle rearing. The community vowed to work with authorities to restore peace and prevent further attacks.
The Fulani community called for immediate government intervention, stressing that consistent security measures are essential to protect their people, livestock, and economic activities in Plateau State.
