Kaduna State Army troops have successfully rescued ten individuals who were kidnapped by a criminal gang. During the operation, the troops also recovered arms, ammunition, and a significant amount of cash from the abductors, disrupting the gang’s criminal activities.
The military spokesperson confirmed that the rescue operation was conducted following intelligence reports on the gang’s location. The abducted victims, who were reportedly held for ransom, were found safe and are now under the care of security officials.
The recovered weapons and cash were seized to prevent further criminal operations. Army officials praised the coordination between troops and local communities, which was instrumental in the success of the mission.
