Music producer Don Jazzy has joined the national outcry over the abduction of schoolgirls in Kebbi State, calling on President Bola Tinubu to demand strict accountability from the country’s security chiefs. He said the frequent kidnapping of students shows a clear failure in Nigeria’s security system, and leaders must take responsibility for protecting children.
Don Jazzy stressed that the lives of the girls should be the top priority. He noted that Nigerians are tired of hearing the same promises while families continue to suffer. According to him, the government must show seriousness by questioning security agencies and ensuring that those responsible for lapses face consequences.
He added that the safety of schoolchildren should never be negotiable, and the continued attacks create fear among parents and students. Don Jazzy urged authorities to strengthen operations, improve intelligence, and act fast to rescue the missing girls.
Nigerians on social media praised him for using his platform to speak for the vulnerable. Many agreed that artists, public figures, and citizens must keep demanding better security until Nigeria becomes a safer place for children to learn without fear.
