The Federal High Court in Abuja has shifted the ongoing trial of former Kogi State governor, Yahaya Bello, to November 13. The case, which involves other pending charges against the former governor, could not continue as earlier planned, leading the court to adjust the hearing date.

The adjournment means Bello will return to court on the new date to continue answering questions over allegations brought against him. His legal team and representatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) are expected to appear when proceedings resume.
