Newly released files have given the public a disturbing look inside Jeffrey Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion.
The videos, which came from a large batch of documents made public by the House Oversight Committee on September 2, show how the late financier filled his home with unsettling images of women and reminders of his connections to powerful figures.
The clips were originally recorded in 2005 as part of an investigation into claims that Epstein had abused a 14-year-old girl.
His Florida mansion, which has since been demolished, contained framed photographs of women—many appearing without clothes—displayed in bathrooms, hallways, gyms, and even offices.
There were also more than a dozen photos of Epstein’s close associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, placed around the property. One of the images showed her lying unclothed on a beach. Alongside these were photos of Maxwell and Epstein with world figures, including Cuban leader Fidel Castro and Pope John Paul II.
Maxwell later confirmed in a Justice Department interview that the meetings took place in either 2002 or 2003.
She admitted traveling with Epstein to Cuba and meeting former Colombian President Andrés Pastrana, whom she claimed to have first met casually in Dublin.
As a trained helicopter pilot, Maxwell also revealed that she traveled to Colombia with Pastrana and flew a Blackhawk helicopter during the trip.
The videos further revealed that Epstein had several office spaces in his mansion, each with desktop computers. One of the monitors had a sticky note that read “Do Not Touch.”
Maxwell testified that police once rigged one of these computers with hidden cameras after Epstein reported that money was being stolen from his briefcase.
In 2003, the Palm Beach Police installed the surveillance equipment in his home as part of their investigation.
Inside his personal gym, the footage showed equipment such as an elliptical machine, pilates reformer, stationary bike, and a full set of weights.
Disturbingly, the gym walls were lined with framed nude photographs. The investigators also found at least two massage tables, one of which was folded and kept in a hallway closet near a bedroom.
The House Oversight Committee released these videos and files immediately after a hearing with the Department of Justice, exposing more details about Epstein’s troubling lifestyle and his connections to influential people.
