She starved me during pregnancy, said I was faking pain after C-section – Nigerian woman accuses her ‘devoted Christian’ ex-mother-in-law of maltreatment

Abilo Lovelyn Bunenizibe, the Nigerian woman who recently accused her ex-husband of stalking and harassment, has now opened up about how his mother allegedly mistreated her during pregnancy.

She shared a screenshot of a message from her ex-mother-in-law and claimed the woman deliberately starved her when she was expecting a child.

According to Abilo, things got worse after she gave birth through a Caesarean section. She said her ex-mother-in-law accused her of pretending to be in pain and even asked the hospital to discharge her quickly because the longer she stayed, the more money her son would spend.

Abilo described the woman as a devoted Christian and active member of Deeper Life Church, but insisted that she showed no compassion despite her religious images.

She recalled how the woman compared her own childbirth to hers, saying she handled it effortlessly while accusing Abilo of exaggerating her pain.

She further alleged that her ex-mother-in-law once claimed to have seen a vision where every member of her family was branded as witches, adding to the painful experience she went through.
