Big Brother Naija Season 10 shocked both housemates and fans after Biggie announced that Week 5 would be a free eviction week, meaning no one would be leaving the house.

On Monday evening, the housemates gathered in the lounge for the usual nomination process. Each person was required to nominate two fellow contestants for possible eviction, and one after the other, they went up to make their choices.

At the end of the exercise, six housemates were called out by Biggie as the nominated contestants—Ivatar, Faith, Thelma, Zita, Tracy, and Sultana.

Just when it seemed like eviction was certain for some of them, the game took a new turn. Rooboy, who is the Head of House, was instructed to pick a power from the Tree of Trinkets.

To everyone’s surprise, the power he selected gave him the ability to cancel all nominations, wiping out the eviction list completely.

Biggie then announced to the housemates: “Head of House Rooboy, you have picked the power to cancel nominations. This means all nominations are invalid, and no one will be evicted this week. Is that clear?”

The news was met with joy and relief as the housemates clapped and cheered, celebrating the fact that everyone was safe for another week in the BBNaija house.
