Wikki Tourists have completed the signing of midfielder Naziru Auwalu as they prepare for the 2025/26 Nigeria Premier Football League season.

The former Kano Pillars star joined the Bauchi-based club on a free transfer and has signed a two-year deal with Abdullahi Maikaba’s team.

Auwalu parted ways with Kano Pillars after his contract expired at the end of last season. The experienced midfielder is now set to play a key role in strengthening Wikki Tourists’ midfield as they aim for a strong campaign.

The Bauchi Elephants will begin their season with a home clash against Plateau United on Friday, August 22nd.
