Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, better known as Davido, made a touching gesture at his wedding by wearing custom-made cufflinks featuring the image of his late son, Ifeanyi Adeleke.

On Sunday, Davido shared a photo of the unique accessory on his Instagram story while celebrating his white wedding with his long-time partner, Chioma Rowland, in Miami, USA.

According to Infoland, the glamorous white wedding came after their 2024 traditional ceremony and was attended by top figures from Nigeria’s political, business, and entertainment worlds.

The Miami event also brought together several famous musicians, including Adekunle Gold, Teni, and Zlatan Ibile, who had earlier joined the couple for their pre-wedding dinner.

Speaking on the scale of the celebration, Davido revealed the wedding cost a jaw-dropping $3.7 million.

“We spent $3.7m in cash. You should know what we are doing. It’s crazy,” the singer said.
