Kun Khalifat FC has added fresh strength to their team by signing Umoh Louis ahead of the new football season.

The Owerri-based club offered Louis a two-year contract, which he has officially signed.

Before this move, Louis played for a non-league football club within the same state. This signing marks a big step in his football career.

Kun Khalifat FC is working hard to rebuild their squad after losing five important players at the end of the 2024/25 season.

The club will kick off their new NPFL campaign with a match against Rangers.

The 2025/26 Nigeria Professional Football League season will begin on Friday, August 22.
