Manchester United and Newcastle United are both interested in signing Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig during this summer transfer window.
Earlier, many people thought Sesko would join Arsenal before the new season. But Arsenal have now gone ahead and signed Viktor Gyokeres instead.
Newcastle might need a new striker because Alexander Isak has told the club he wants to leave.
The Magpies already tried to bring in Hugo Ekitike, but they missed out because he signed with Liverpool.
Interestingly, Liverpool are also the club currently leading the race to sign Newcastle’s Isak.
Meanwhile, Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim wants to strengthen his team’s attack. He has already brought in Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha to play behind the main striker.
Sesko is expected to announce his final decision about his next club very soon.
