Nigerian music star, Blaqbonez, has finally spoken about why he has been looking thinner lately.

The rapper, who is known for his song Go Crazy, has been the center of attention on social media because of his noticeable weight loss. Many fans have expressed concern about how much weight he has lost.

After posting some new pictures of himself on X (formerly Twitter) over the weekend, one fan commented, saying the rapper looked like he was “dying.”

In response, Blaqbonez explained that his weight loss was not because of any sickness. He said it happens whenever he travels abroad, as he finds it difficult to eat foreign food.

He shared that the main issue is his strong preference for Nigerian dishes. Whenever he is outside the country, it becomes hard for him to eat properly because he doesn’t enjoy the food available there.

Blaqbonez also revealed that he has been outside Nigeria for almost two months. He said he’s been working on his new album and wants to give fans the best experience possible.

He ended by reassuring fans that he plans to gain some weight soon and that they don’t need to worry.

“My problem is I only like Nigerian food, so whenever I leave the country I struggle to eat. I’ve been on the road for almost 2 months, barely eating, cos I want to give you guys the best album experience ever. I’d add some weight soon. No excuses,” he wrote.
