Turkish football analyst Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı is very confident that Victor Osimhen will have a big impact at Galatasaray this season. He believes the Nigerian striker will score at least 30 goals in the Turkish Super Lig.
According to Kütahyalı, Osimhen went through many tough times during his stay at Napoli, the Italian club he currently plays for. Despite those challenges, the football expert thinks Osimhen has what it takes to perform even better in Turkey.
Kütahyalı also said Osimhen could score up to 10 goals in the UEFA Champions League this season. He believes the Nigerian star will help Galatasaray make a strong run in Europe.
The 26-year-old striker is reportedly close to making a move to Galatasaray this summer. If the transfer is completed, he will leave Serie A champions Napoli for the Turkish giants.
Speaking on Ekol Sports’ YouTube channel, Kütahyalı said, “Osimhen will score at least 30 league goals this season. He already got used to playing in Turkey last year.”
He added that Galatasaray’s real test this season is in the Champions League. He believes the club must aim to reach the quarterfinals with a player like Osimhen in their squad.
Kütahyalı praised Osimhen, calling him a “superhuman player.” He said the striker went through many struggles at Napoli but has found love and support from Galatasaray.
