RB Leipzig star Xavi Simons has made up his mind about a possible move to Chelsea this summer.

This comes after Chelsea showed serious interest in signing the Dutch midfielder during the current transfer window.

According to journalist Matt Law from the Daily Telegraph, Chelsea sees Simons as a realistic transfer target. They believe there’s a good chance of signing him.

The report also mentioned that Simons’ representatives have already had early discussions with Chelsea. The Dutch player is said to be interested in joining the club, who recently won the FIFA Club World Cup.

However, Chelsea might need to sell some of their current attackers before they can officially bring in Simons.

Joao Felix is one of the players likely to leave Chelsea, with Benfica interested in signing him again. Christopher Nkunku may also be on his way out of Stamford Bridge.
