The pair, who had been at the center of dating rumors, appeared very close—holding hands, smiling for the cameras, and even sharing a kiss in front of reporters. While speaking to Page Six, Megan opened up about her new relationship and how happy she feels.

Megan described Klay as the kindest partner she’s ever had. She explained that it’s her first time dating someone who’s truly nice and who makes her feel deeply happy.

She also shared that she feels lucky to be in a relationship where both people feel the same way about each other. For Megan, this relationship is something new and special.

Earlier signs of their romance showed up when Klay was spotted in the background of one of Megan’s social media posts. The two later confirmed the rumors when Klay shared vacation photos of them on Instagram, making their relationship official.

At the gala, Megan looked stunning in a black halter gown with a sparkly belt. She was proud to host the event, which supports education, housing, and health services in memory of her late parents, Holly Thomas and Joseph Pete III.

She said she feels like she’s carrying on her family’s legacy and believes her parents would be proud of everything she’s doing.

Klay stood by her side in a classic black tuxedo for the black-tie evening. The event was filled with stars like Fat Joe, Muni Long, and actress Taraji P. Henson, who hosted the gala.

Even though they had a glamorous night out, Megan revealed that she and Klay enjoy simple things at home. She said they like watching Love Island USA, and surprisingly, Klay is the bigger fan of the show.

Before dating Klay Thompson, Megan was in a relationship with rapper Pardison “Pardi” Fontaine from 2021 to 2023.
