Kanye West’s former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has made new disturbing claims against the music star.

According to fresh court documents, Lauren now accuses Kanye of sexually assaulting her, along with other serious offenses.

Lauren had already filed a lawsuit in 2024 after Kanye allegedly sent her offensive text messages and videos before firing her. But now, she has filed an updated complaint with more serious accusations.

In the new complaint, she lists a number of offenses including assault, sexual battery, stalking, false imprisonment, and even sex trafficking.

She says the incidents began during a business trip to San Francisco. They were staying in a hotel for the launch of Kanye’s Donda school when he allegedly started acting inappropriately toward her.

According to Lauren, Kanye kissed her without permission and asked intimate questions about her body. Even after she pushed back, he reportedly continued the behavior.

She says things got worse during a music writing session in his hotel suite. Lauren claims Kanye masturbated in front of her and touched her inappropriately before falling asleep mid-conversation.

In another incident, she says Kanye forced his way into her hotel room, claimed he wanted to use her shower, and then assaulted her. She alleges he pushed her onto the bed, held her down, and forced oral sex on her while she froze in fear.

Lauren says Kanye eventually stopped and apologized before leaving the room.

She also claims that Kanye tried to trade her for sex by offering her as a “sexual gift” to someone else in exchange for sleeping with that person’s partner. She says Kanye often treated women this way.

In an earlier complaint filed in May, Lauren said Kanye drugged her during a studio session co-hosted by Diddy.

Kanye has also made several public comments about Lauren on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), which she says were damaging and inappropriate.

The case is ongoing, and more details may emerge as the legal process continues.
