The managing director of EeZee Conceptz Limited, Nancy Nnadi, who is also known as Coach Nancy, has shared that the label is currently in talks with gospel singer Mercy Chinwo to peacefully resolve their royalty dispute.

She made this known while withdrawing the statements she previously made online against Chinwo, which were seen as damaging to the singer’s reputation.

Earlier this year, Mercy Chinwo took her former record label boss, Ezekiel Onyedikachukwu (popularly known as EeZee Tee), to court. She accused him of diverting $345,000 that came from her music royalties. This happened two years after she left EeZee Conceptz over money-related disagreements.

While the legal case continued, Nancy Nnadi accused Mercy Chinwo of mishandling funds. In response, Chinwo sued her for defamation and asked for a public apology, as well as for Nancy to delete the posts from her social media pages.

Recently, Nancy used her Instagram page to publicly withdraw the accusations she made against Mercy Chinwo.

She also asked God to bless the peace efforts currently going on between Chinwo and EeZee Conceptz, which are being led by respected church leaders. She added that she was advised by her lawyer to take this step for the sake of peace.
