The Rivers State Police Command has reacted to a video that’s been trending online. In the video, three women are seen calling for justice after they were allegedly beaten up by a man at a club in Port Harcourt.

Reports said the women went to the club to celebrate a friend’s birthday when the attack happened. One of them was badly hurt and even lost a tooth during the incident.

In a message shared on their official X (formerly Twitter) page today, June 13, the police said they are now looking into the matter. They mentioned that both the club manager and the man accused of the assault have been invited for questioning. The police also asked the women involved to come forward and give their own side of the story by making official statements.

The police say they are committed to making sure justice is served.
