Arsenal’s centre-back Gabriel Magalhaes supports the club’s plan to sign Rodrygo from Real Madrid in the summer transfer window.

Gabriel said Rodrygo is an amazing player and that he would be happy if Arsenal could get him to join the team.

Both Gabriel and Rodrygo are teammates on the Brazil national football team.

Rodrygo moved to Real Madrid from the Brazilian club Santos and now there are talks about him possibly moving to Arsenal this summer.

During an interview on the Podpah Podcast, Gabriel was asked if he knows whether Arsenal’s manager Mikel Arteta will bring Rodrygo to the club.

Gabriel said, “I don’t really know. No, I don’t,” meaning he has no official news about it.

But he added that he wants Rodrygo to come to Arsenal. He described Rodrygo as a great player and said he has already told others how much he admires him.

Meanwhile, Rodrygo is included in Real Madrid’s squad for the FIFA Club World Cup.
