Iran has fired more than 100 drones toward Israel as a response to recent attacks. The Israeli military has warned its citizens that this retaliation is already happening.

According to the Israeli army, Iran launched over 100 drones aimed at Israeli territory. To stop these drones, all Israeli air defense systems are working hard, said IDF spokesperson Effie Defrin.

“This attack is different from anything we have seen before, and we expect difficult hours ahead,” Defrin added.

The news outlet DAILY POST reports that Israel has carried out many airstrikes on Iran. Israel has also declared a state of emergency as it prepares for Iran’s retaliation.

Israel’s military said it launched a planned and accurate attack called Operation Rising Lion. This operation was based on high-quality intelligence.

In the recent airstrikes, Major General Mohammad Bagheri, the head of Iran’s armed forces, was killed.

The situation remains tense as both countries continue to respond to each other’s actions.
