Nollywood actress Peggy Ovire has finally spoken out after people started saying she might be divorcing her husband, actor Frederick Leonard.

On Saturday, Peggy shared a video showing herself getting ready for a wedding. Fans noticed she wasn’t wearing her wedding ring in the video.

She wrote, “Wedding guest. Transition 101,” to explain she was going as a guest, not as a bride.

One fan asked her, “Where is the ring??” This made many believe there could be trouble in her marriage.

Even with all the questions and rumors, Peggy answered on Instagram, saying, “No matter what room I step in, I’m coming in as ME.” This means she wants to be herself, no matter what people say.

People first started guessing something was wrong in 2024 when Peggy posted a Christmas photo alone, wearing pajamas.

For now, Peggy wants everyone to know she is strong and true to herself despite the rumors.
