Europa League final: Bruno Fernandes speaks on leaving Man Utd after Tottenham defeat

Manchester United’s captain, Bruno Fernandes, has made it clear that he plans to stay with the club this summer despite their recent loss in the UEFA Europa League final. The Red Devils were defeated by Tottenham Hotspur with a score of 1-0 in Bilbao on Wednesday night.

The only goal of the game came early, in the first half, scored by Tottenham’s Brennan Johnson. After the match, Fernandes spoke to the media and shared that he wants to continue playing for Manchester United.

However, the 30-year-old midfielder also said he might leave if the club decides to sell him. He explained, “I will stay here until the club tells me it’s time to leave.” Fernandes added that if the club wants to sell to make money, then that is part of football.

There has been some interest in Fernandes from the Saudi club Al-Hilal this summer, but for now, Fernandes remains focused on his future with Manchester United.
