Former Arsenal and Manchester City star Bacary Sagna has advised two Manchester United players to leave the club. This comes as United moves closer to signing Wolves forward Matheus Cunha this summer.
United began talks with Wolves in April and are now leading the race to sign the Brazilian striker. Cunha was previously linked to Arsenal and Chelsea, but he is now likely to join Manchester United after a great season at Wolves.
Sagna said Cunha would be a great addition to the team. He praised Cunha’s creativity and speed, especially when he plays for Brazil. But he also shared concerns about expecting one player to fix all of Manchester United’s problems.
Sagna also mentioned Mason Mount and Alejandro Garnacho. He believes Mount has not made the impact the club expected and thinks he might leave. As for Garnacho, Sagna said he needs more consistent playing time and should consider a move to continue growing as a player.
