Veteran gospel singer, Ebenezer Obey Fabiyi, has come out to say he is alive and well after false news spread online claiming he had died.

On social media last night, many people started sharing posts saying the 83-year-old music legend had passed away. Some even shared messages of condolence, thinking he was dead.

However, Ebenezer Obey has now responded to the rumor, saying it is not true. He confirmed that he is still very much alive.

Reacting to the death rumor, Obe said he is alive.

‘’Satan you have lost, It is a fake news that started few hours ago that I Ebenezer Obe Fabiyi has passed on to glory. It is a pure lie. I am alive.” he said
