Popular Afrobeats star, Davido, has shared that he would still be in the entertainment world even if he wasn’t a musician. The singer, whose real name is David Adeleke, said he would probably be working behind the scenes in the music industry.

During a chat with content creator Darryl, Davido explained that he studied business marketing and always had an interest in entertainment. He added that acting was something he was also good at and would have considered it as a career.

Davido also mentioned that he’s planning to invest in a few movies this year. He praised his director, Dammy Twitch, and revealed that they are working on some series ideas. According to him, the African film industry is struggling financially, and he wants to help improve it.

The singer said he already shows his acting skills in music videos like “Jowo” and “Nwa Baby.”
