Nigerian singer Gabriel Oche Amanyi, known as Terry G, has expressed his disappointment over being compared to fellow singer Portable. According to Terry G, the comparison is insulting.

In a post on his X (formerly Twitter) account, Terry G said he made music that people still enjoy many years later. Because of that, he believes it is wrong to place him on the same level as Portable.

A fan replied to him, suggesting that the comparison might be because both artists act a little “crazy.” But Terry G responded by saying his own kind of craziness was meaningful and had a purpose.
