Osinbajo Hosted By Member Of EDS25 Representing Africa At The World Bank, IMF

On his second day in Washington D.C., former Vice President Yemi Osinbajo was warmly welcomed by members of the EDS25 group. This group represents countries like Angola, South Africa, and Nigeria at the World Bank.

The meeting was led by Mrs. Zainab Ahmed, the former Minister of Finance, Budget, and National Planning of Nigeria. She is now the Executive Director of EDS25.

Osinbajo was joined by the CEO of the Climate Investment Fund, Tariye Gbadegesin, as well as other Nigerians working at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC).

He said he enjoyed the conversation with the team and was glad to see Nigerians doing well abroad. He also thanked Mrs. Ahmed and her team for the warm reception and engaging discussions.
