As people around the world celebrate International Women’s Day 2025, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has expressed deep gratitude to the women of Ukraine for their unwavering support during the ongoing war with Russia.

In a heartfelt message on his official X account, Zelensky described Ukrainian women as brave, strong, and determined. He praised their contributions in different areas, including the military, healthcare, education, business, and defense.

“Ukrainian women are everywhere—on the frontlines, in hospitals, in schools, and in businesses,” he wrote. “Each of you makes our country stronger by helping, protecting, and inspiring others.”
