Senate spokesperson knocks Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan and her husband for kissing as they arrived the National Assembly

The spokesperson of the Nigerian Senate, Yemi Adaramodu, has expressed his disapproval of Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan and her husband, Emmanuel Uduaghan, for kissing in public as they arrived at the National Assembly.

Adaramodu shared his opinion during an interview on Channels TV, where he made it clear that he did not support their public display of affection.

He said;

This is bewildering… When I saw my colleague and sister(Natasha Akpoti) entering with a kiss, it made me look back at when we were acting in entertainment state theatres in primary school.”

His reaction has sparked mixed reactions from the public, with some agreeing with him and others defending the senator and her husband.

Public displays of affection, especially in political settings, often attract different opinions. While some see it as a harmless expression of love, others believe it is inappropriate in formal environments like the National Assembly.
