A police officer is accused of killing a young man named Ahmed Ibrahim following a minor disagreement about money in Kebbi State.

The deceased’s brother, Mallam Jabeer, shared this news in a post on Thursday morning, June 13, 2024.

Jabeer stated that the incident happened on Wednesday in the Yauri Local Government Area of Kebbi State.

Jabeer, who described his brother as diligent and respectful, called on the Nigerian Police Force to ensure the accused officer faces justice.

He wrote.

“This is Ahmed Ibrahim. He’s my blood brother. He was killed by a police officer yesterday in Yauri Local Government Area of Kebbi State as a result of a minor disagreement (money-related issues). The boy was very hardworking and respectful. He was a real hustler, always striving to improve his life, but he was killed by a police officer,”
 
“I’m in severe pain, I am still finding it very difficult to accept the fact that this innocent boy was killed by a police officer. @PoliceNG_CRU @PoliceNG
 
“I’m the only person that can stand for this boy, he has no father, no mother, they’re all dead. He was an ORPHAN who was struggling day and night to make his life better but he was killed just like that. I need justice. My heart is broken.”
