Nigerian footballer Ademola Lookman has been awarded Atalanta’s Player of the Month for April and June.

Lookman netted six goals and made three assists during these months, as stated by the Italian club. This is his first time receiving the award this season. Gianluca Scamacca and Ederson were second and third, respectively.

The Super Eagles winger made headlines by scoring a hat-trick in Atalanta’s UEFA Europa League final win against Bundesliga champions Bayer Leverkusen.

The 26-year-old concluded the season with 17 goals and eight assists in all competitions.
