Nollywood actress Dayo Amusa has spoken about her tough journey to becoming a mother. She recalled how she broke down in tears in front of her domestic staff, crying out to God for a child.

In a recent interview with Debbie Shokoya, Amusa shared that she was so overwhelmed with emotions that she sang and cried loudly, without caring that her staff were around. She said she reached a point where she gave God an ultimatum—to either take her life or fulfill His promise of motherhood.

She explained that she had undergone many medical tests and surgeries in her struggle to conceive. She felt exhausted and begged God to let it happen if it was meant to be. If not, she said she was ready for God to take her.

Fortunately, in November last year, Amusa welcomed her baby boy, Oluwafirewamiri. She had previously revealed that her ex-husband left her because of her fertility struggles and had a child with another woman.

Her story is one of faith, perseverance, and hope, showing the emotional challenges many women face when dealing with infertility.
