Nigerians reduced to beggars – NNPP blames APC for hardship

Malam Aminu Ibrahim Ringim, the leader of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) and the party’s 2023 governorship candidate in Jigawa State, has strongly criticised the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) for making life more difficult for Nigerians.

Speaking at a meeting in Hadejia, Jigawa State, Ringim said that both the state and federal governments have failed to improve the lives of ordinary people.

He condemned several policies, including a new citizens’ engagement programme by the Jigawa State Government, arguing that it does not truly give people a voice.

He stressed that citizens should have the freedom to express their concerns, even if it goes against the government. According to him, Nigerians are suffering more than ever, and the hardship has become unbearable.

Ringim urged the government to take immediate action to reduce poverty and improve key sectors such as education, healthcare, job creation, and agriculture.

He believes that if these areas are well-developed, there will be less crime, including theft, armed robbery, and kidnapping.

He also reminded Nigerians that the NNPP, as an opposition party, will continue to hold the government accountable and push for better policies.

Finally, he advised voters to carefully consider their experiences under the current administration when making decisions in future elections.
