Nigerian Grammy-winning artist, Tems, has revealed that she has a unique relationship with her mother. In an interview at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, Tems shared that she and her mom are incredibly close, saying, “What I have is hers. We share everything I have.”
The singer, known for her hit song “Love Me Jeje,” expressed her gratitude after winning the Best African Music Performance award. “I’m grateful to God. I’m thankful. I think it’s a blessing. I’m extremely blessed and favored. I just want to give that out in any way that I can,” she said.
When accepting her Grammy, Tems dedicated her award to her mother. She has also shared in the past that her mom raised her and her brother on her own, making their bond even stronger.
