Mohbad’s father urges police to summon the late singer’s wife and brother

The father of the late Nigerian singer Mohbad, Joseph Aloba, has urged the Nigerian police to summon his son, Adura, and his wife, Omowunmi, to help clarify the events surrounding his tragic death.

In a recent press conference organized by actor Yomi Fabiyi, a video was shown that was allegedly sent by Mohbad’s brother, Adura, which raised more questions about the singer’s passing. Fabiyi suggested that Adura might know important details about Mohbad’s death, causing some tension between Mohbad’s mother, Abosede, and Fabiyi.

Joseph Aloba responded by releasing a statement, explaining that he had tried to contact Adura, who was in the house when Mohbad passed away, but his efforts were blocked. He expressed concerns about Adura’s silence and hinted that other people may be influencing him not to speak out.

He also criticized his wife’s actions for obstructing his attempts to reach Adura, saying that it was making it difficult to understand what truly happened the day Mohbad died.

Joseph Aloba called for the police to ensure the safety of both Adura and Omowunmi if they come forward with any information. He believes that their cooperation could help uncover the truth and bring justice for his son.
