Cameroonian football star Samuel Eto’o recently had a surprising and touching reunion with a former football teammate. While attending an event in Douala, Eto’o was leaving when he was surrounded by fans eager to take photos and chat with him.

As Eto’o greeted the fans, a security guard called out his name. At first, Eto’o waved and started walking away, but then something clicked, and he stopped. “Oooo. Bobo!” Eto’o called out, recognizing the guard. They quickly shook hands and hugged, clearly excited to see each other again.

Eto’o shared with those nearby, “He was my colleague, I played with him,” explaining the special connection they had. Before leaving, Eto’o checked his watch and spoke a few words to his old teammate in their local language, sharing a final moment before heading off.
